Access to the estate is restricted through a continuously manned gatehouse, permitting entry solely to residents and pre-approved guests. Complementing this, security officers conduct regular patrols around the clock, ensuring your safety. They are always within reach, thanks to the panic button issued to every resident in every Panorama home.

Residents also benefit from having the emergency phone number for Security. In case of an emergency, Security personnel will have immediate access to critical resident-specific information and respond accordingly.
Comprehensive Protection
Panorama employs a comprehensive security approach, featuring 24/7 manned security with armed response availability, an electrified heavy-gauge steel perimeter fence, and CCTV cameras monitored from the gatehouse. Flood lights in strategic places ensure visibility places for guards on night control.
Additional Measurements
The guards provide reports on any residents who endanger themselves in any way, e.g. by leaving the house or car doors or windows open. Unmarked vehicles patrol the estate at irregular times inside the estate and report any challenges immediately.
