Panorama Estate situated on 22 hectares is a tranquil retreat located in Rangeview, Krugersdorp, with many of the units offering panoramic views. The beautiful gardens and trees attract a diverse birdlife, and the intriguing layout of the Estate creates a peaceful atmosphere.

Professional Management

Professionele Bestuur

Panorama Estate Homeowners Association is registered as a Non-Profit Company and governed by a Board of Directors elected annually by its members (registered homeowners). Directors are experts in their respective field and assume responsibility for a specific committee or function. Additionally, various independent committees operate and take responsibility for aspects such as communal gardens, the library, the restaurant, social activities and philanthropy.

The financial health of the Estate is robust and rigorously managed. Bi-annual feedback meetings are held with residents, during which any matters of importance, particularly the state of the finances, are discussed.

The management office maintains an open-door policy, allowing residents to discuss any matter directly with the manager. The house rules and all relevant legislation are important for the comfort and safety of our community, and we do our best to ensure these are consistently upheld.

Panorama Landgoed Huiseienaarsvereniging is geregistreer as ‘n Nie-Winsgewende Maatskappy en word bestuur deur ‘n Direksie wat jaarliks deur sy lede (geregistreerde huiseienaars) verkies word. Elke direkteur is ‘n kenner in hul onderskeie veld en neem verantwoordelikheid vir ‘n spesifieke komitee of funksie. Daarbenewens opereer verskeie onafhanklike komitees en neem verantwoordelikheid vir aspekte soos gemeenskapstuine, die biblioteek, die restaurant, sosiale aktiwiteite, en welwillendheid.

The Board of Directors has the power to oversee and make decisions about the company’s operations and overall direction, as outlined in section 66(1).

The Homeowners Association (HOA) stands as a private entity established by the owners of Panorama Retirement Estate. Its principal objective is to oversee and regulate the communal spaces and shared facilities of the community, while also ensuring the enforcement of specific rules and regulations aimed at upholding a preferred standard of living.

Die Huiseienaarsvereniging (HEV) is ‘n private entiteit gestig deur die eienaars van Panorama Aftree Landgoed. Die hoofdoel is om toesig te hou en die gemeenskap se gemeenskaplike ruimtes en gedeelde fasiliteite te reguleer, terwyl dit ook spesifieke reels en regulasies wat gemik is om die verkose lewenstandaard te handhaaf.

From managing e-mails and offering photocopying services to facilitating notarization of documents, our office staff is committed to ensuring seamless communication and administrative support. In addition to their administrative roles, they serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents, offering emotional support during challenging times.

Ons Administrasie- en Kantoorblok bied professionele dienste an wat die daaglikse lewe van ons inwoners verbeter. Van die bestuur van e-posse en die aanbied van fotokopieerdienste tot die fasilitering van die notariëring van dokumente, is ons kantoorpersoneel daartoe verbind om  kommunikasie en administratiewe ondersteuning te verseker. This service is part of our commitment to providing a hassle-free and enjoyable lifestyle at Panorama.

By Panorama Aftree-oord bied ons professionele skoonmaakdienste aan om ‘n gerieflike en netjiese omgewing vir ons inwoners te verseker. Elke huis word weekliks skoon gemaak vir een en ‘n half uur, wat al die noodsaaklike huishoudelike take dek. Ons toegewyde skoonmaakspan is opgelei om hoë standaarde van netheid en higiëne te handhaaf, sodat inwoners ‘n goed-versorgde huis kan geniet met minimale inspanning. Hierdie diens is deel van ons verbintenis om ‘n sorgvrye en genotvolle leefstyl by Panorama te bied.
