Housing Options

The Estate offers three types of units for independent individuals above 50 years old, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units.
There are 371 units, and approximately 530 individual residing in the units which are sold as follows:

Full Title (Stand Alone)

In a Full Title sales model, individuals typically buy the right to occupy a specific unit within the retirement estate for the rest of their lives. The property is transferred into the buyer’s name. This right may include various services and amenities provided by the retirement community.

Sectional Title

A sectional title means that you own a specific unit within a sectional title scheme. This ownership typically comes with shared ownership of common areas and facilities, such as communal gardens and recreational spaces.

Life Rights

Life rights essentially grant the holder the right to occupy a particular residence within the retirement estate for the remainder of their life. This right is not ownership in the traditional sense, as the property usually remains the asset of the facility or community.
